From the moment I posted my requirements document on a popular message
board, Edward's interest in the project had already made him stand out from
the other programmers who were applying. Based on that interest alone, I
decided to hire him. And boy, was I glad I did!

Other programmers who looked over my requirements document, and its two-week
deadline, had literally told me that I was asking for far too much work to
be done in such a short time span. I was told the same from many
programmers. One team of programmers had even quoted my requirements as
being a two-month job, minimum.

I was also very fortunate to have met Edward, for the simple reason that my
previous programmer had pretty much ?bailed out? on me. I initially asked
my former programmer to complete the requirements with a one and a half
month deadline. Since we shared different time zones, and he didn?t do live
updates, he and I didn?t really correspond all that much. I was under the
assumption that he would upload the changes he had made after one and half
months, and we would go from there.

To my disappointment, however, he came to me after one month and told me
that he didn?t realize the enormity of the project until he started working
on it. I wished he had told me this sooner.

Thanks to Edward, however, everything worked out in the end! To my
amazement, and less than fair deadline, Ed was able to complete the
requirements by the same deadline I had given my old programmer. And for
that, I thank him.

Right from the beginning of the two-week time span I had given him, Ed
worked very hard, and very, very fast. The quality of his output was
excellent. Even small infractions that I had noticed, Ed would fix right
away and without a fuss. Other programmers would probably have tried to
charge more for my pickiness, but fortunately Ed never did this.

If you are looking to hire a programmer, I highly recommend Edward. This
guy?s knowledge on PHP and MySQL is above phenomenal. He knows exactly
what he?s doing, and that was demonstrated in the work he did for me.
